Secure customer sign-in
There is no password to remember. Shopify securely signs you in with a one-time code sent to your email.
Wait a few minutes, check Spam or Junk, and confirm that the email address was entered correctly.
Shopify may briefly check your connection to protect customer accounts. Follow the onscreen check. If it repeats, wait a moment and try again without a VPN or Private Relay.
